NOVEMBER 2020: CITY COUNCIL MARATHON HEARINGS ABOUT THE MAYOR’S CHANGES TO THE DC COMP PLAN

Below are the two videos from the November 2020 hearings on DC Comp Plan before City Council Chair Phil Mendelson. More than 150 people testified across two days of hearings and most spoke in opposition raising serious concerns about the Mayor’s proposed changes to the Plan.
